EMS - Master Calendar
Check here for all student organization events. If you don't see any events listed on the calendar go to calendar at the top and click student calendar.
All events held on campus that are conducted by a student organization MUST be registered with the Dean of Students Office two weeks prior to the event. To register an event with the Dean of Students Office please go the Virtual EMS page.
Third Party Vendor Contract - (alcohol form)- use this form when using any 3rd party vendor. This form must be turned in to the Dean of Students Office before final approval on EMS will occur (for on campus parties only).
